Regional Admin Officer (Mansehra)

About the role

The Regional Admin Officer will support the smooth operation of BAT Leaf and other IT systems across the region, coordinate administrative activities, and assist the Regional Manager with budget, record‑keeping, and compliance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure seamless operation of BAT Leaf and related IT platforms.
• Coordinate regional administrative functions and logistics of tobacco movement.
• Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and financial record management.
• Maintain records in line with ISO standards and company guidelines.
• Support EHS compliance and facilitate internal and external audits.
• Organise events, conferences, and visits for the region.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant administrative experience in a reputable organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English and Urdu, both written and spoken.
• Strong administrative aptitude with an understanding of integrated business functions.
• Familiarity with Leaf Area Standing Instructions, Account Standing Instructions, and EH&S policies.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
• Oracle database knowledge (certification preferred).
• Microsoft Certified Software Engineer qualification (advantageous).
