Regional Head Sales & Services – Rawalpindi

About the role

The Regional Head Sales & Services will lead the acquisition, growth and retention of enterprise accounts in Rawalpindi across multiple industry segments. Acting as the single commercial face for customers, you will drive revenue, portfolio adoption and post‑sales service excellence for cloud, IoT and connectivity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, gross margin and new‑account targets while expanding within existing named accounts.
• Develop and execute a regional industry plan, set goals for each sector and monitor progress weekly.
• Drive cross‑sell and attach strategies across product lines (Cloud, Solutions/DICT, Mobility, Fixed/Connectivity).
• Maintain accurate account plans, stakeholder maps and risk registers; capture win/loss insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead discovery and solution selling across business, technical and commercial dimensions, coordinating with solution architects and delivery teams.
• Co‑sell with CSPs, SIs and ISPs, aligning joint account plans and harvesting partner leads.
• Ensure timely billing, collections and resolve disputes in partnership with credit and contracts teams.
• Own regional customer experience, managing escalations and acceptance with delivery and service assurance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 8‑10 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in ICT, cloud or IoT solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and margin targets in a B2B environment.
