Regional Head South - B2G Sales

About the role

JazzWorld, Pakistan's fastest-growing digital ecosystem covering connectivity, cloud, enterprise and software services, is hiring a Regional Head South for its B2G department in Karachi. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Alliance B2G, the role drives public-sector growth by building alliances with government entities and leading tender and contract pursuits. It is an on-site position at grade L4.

Key responsibilities

• Set regional sales priorities and personally pursue high-value government opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies, identifying tenders, projects and partnerships.
• Build senior-level relationships with government stakeholders and take hands-on ownership of tenders and bids, from qualification and pre-bid meetings to proposals, negotiations and contract closure.
• Develop tailored business propositions and coordinate with internal teams to meet public-sector needs.
• Lead the regional team, set targets, coach members and support execution of key opportunities.
• Work with Product, Service Delivery, CRA and others to resolve issues and manage contract deliverables.
• Monitor regional performance, market trends and competitors, and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and company requirements.

Required profile

• 12-14+ years of experience in sales, business development or strategic partnerships, focused on public sector.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and high-value business wins.
• Understanding of government procurement, tendering and contract management.
• Experience leading teams, managing strategic accounts and closing deals.
