Registered Nurse – Bank (Part‑time, Flexible)

About the role

This casual, part‑time Bank position offers flexible working within a Barchester care home. You will support residents' physical, psychological and social needs while exercising professional judgement on critical clinical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to residents, addressing physical, mental and social wellbeing.
• Create a safe, supportive environment for individuals with diverse health needs.
• Develop and maintain tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Administer medication safely and in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Apply up‑to‑date clinical practices and adhere to DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Required profile

• Current registration with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Strong knowledge of current clinical practices.
• Proven experience in producing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Dedicated, compassionate and person‑centred approach to nursing.
