About the role
We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to provide legal support on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will help a global technology leader ensure that its contracts and business processes meet all applicable regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft and revise contracts, agreements and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research on statutes, case law and regulatory guidance to inform recommendations.
- Prepare legal memoranda, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation, guaranteeing proper filing and accessibility for audits.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify legal risks and support risk‑mitigation initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with legal research tools and databases.
