Relationship Manager – Liability (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager – Liability to build and nurture relationships with individual and corporate clients across Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. The role focuses on deposit mobilization, portfolio growth and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting the bank’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with individual and corporate clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Strategically attract and retain deposits by offering tailored solutions aligned with the bank’s objectives.
• Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring profitability, growth and alignment with business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, cross‑sell banking products and expand the client base through market intelligence and networking.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Evaluate and manage credit and operational risks associated with client relationships.
• Prepare client reports, track deposit performance and present data insights using Microsoft Excel, including dashboards, pivot tables and charts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in relationship management and deposit mobilization.
