Relationship Officer – Dealership Partnerships

About the role

As a Relationship Officer at PakWheels.com, you will be the bridge between the platform and local automobile dealers. You will ensure that dealer inventories are accurately represented online and help partners maximise their sales through effective use of PakWheels’ tools.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned markets regularly to verify that all cars and bikes from designated dealers are correctly listed and kept up‑to‑date on the PakWheels platform.
• Conduct hands‑on training sessions for dealership owners and sales agents on how to use PakWheels applications and tools efficiently.
• Provide strategic advice to improve the quality, presentation and appeal of dealer listings, driving higher conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales and key‑account teams to grow revenue and optimise performance in the designated area.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, addressing queries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Persistent, hardworking and passionate about achieving results.
• Good knowledge of the local car and bike market is a significant advantage.
