About the role
The Relationship Officer will drive monthly KPIs, manage telesales activities and ensure card acquisition targets are met. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service while adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly KPIs and card acquisition targets (NTP/NTB).
- Maintain system updates and follow verification policies.
- Contact potential and existing customers by phone to promote banking products.
- Cross‑sell and upsell banking solutions based on customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and record all interactions.
- Prepare daily, monthly and MIS reports for the team.
- Participate in daily team huddles and ensure discipline and punctuality.
Required profile
- University graduate with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong sales and customer focus with ability to work under pressure.
- Good presentation and people‑management skills.
- Analytical mindset and solid computer literacy.
- Team player with result‑driven attitude.
