Remote Appointment Setter – Credit Repair & Business Funding

About the role

We are looking for a remote Appointment Setter to join our fast‑growing credit repair and business funding team. You will contact warm leads who have already expressed interest, build quick trust, and schedule qualified calls with our closers.

Key responsibilities

• Call every new lead within 90 seconds of form submission using instant notifications.
• Manage a daily list of inbound warm leads from funding forms and our online community.
• Conduct clear, friendly conversations about credit repair and business funding, handling common questions and light objections.
• Guide leads to book a call and follow up with no‑shows or unbooked leads.
• Call after‑hours leads at the start of the next shift.
• Maintain accurate notes and keep the CRM (GoHighLevel) clean.
• Work only during legal U.S. calling hours.

Required profile

• Exceptional spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Proven experience in call‑center, phone sales or appointment setting with high‑volume calling.
• Familiarity with financing, credit, loans or other financial services.
• Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace and a good headset.
• Self‑motivated, fast‑acting when notifications arrive, and comfortable working full‑time U.S. hours.

Required skills

• GoHighLevel CRM proficiency.
