About the role
We are looking for motivated outbound appointment setters to join our high‑performance revenue growth team. You will work remotely on Australian Eastern Standard Time, contacting business owners and decision‑makers to schedule qualified meetings for senior sales consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Make 100–150 outbound calls daily using our automated dialer.
- Engage with principal mortgage brokers, real‑estate directors and other business decision‑makers.
- Qualify prospects with our proven sales framework and handle objections.
- Book qualified appointments into senior closers’ calendars.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed call notes.
- Achieve a target of at least six qualified appointments per day.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of outbound cold‑calling experience on international campaigns (AU, US or UK).
- Experience in B2B sales, telecom, insurance, merchant cash advance, lead generation or high‑ticket appointment setting.
- Excellent spoken English with confidence and professionalism.
- Ability to navigate objections and stay composed under pressure.
- Reliable home office with high‑speed internet, noise‑free workspace and power backup.
