Remote Backend Developer – C#/.NET

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer proficient in C# and .NET to join a global software development leader on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performance backend solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services and APIs using C# and the .NET framework.
• Architect robust, scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
• Maintain clean, well‑documented code following industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience with C# and .NET development.
• Strong background in backend API creation and integration.
• Solid understanding of database design and SQL Server (or comparable relational databases).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
