Remote Booking & Operations Coordinator

About the role

NYC Premier Car is hiring a Booking & Operations Coordinator on a fully remote basis, working from home. The role covers scheduling and dispatch of transportation services, managing a small team of four coordinators and supporting US-based clients, with evening and overnight shifts in Pakistan aligned to New York business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage booking schedules so transportation services run on time and accurately.
• Oversee daily operations, including transportation dispatch and the allocation of drivers and vehicles.
• Lead and manage a team of four coordinating staff, giving them guidance, training and support.
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients by phone and email, handling inbound and outbound calls to coordinate bookings and resolve issues.
• Manage vendor relationships through liaison and negotiation to support service delivery.
• Keep data entry accurate and documentation up to date on bookings, schedules and client information.
• Use Microsoft Office to prepare reports, track performance and manage calendars.
• Monitor workflows, solve operational problems and follow company policies and procedures.
• Work flexible evening and overnight shifts in Pakistan aligned to New York business hours, and support sales by answering booking-related inquiries.
