Remote Business Consultant – Management Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a remote Business Consultant to support our client, a global leader in information services, by analysing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and delivering data‑driven improvement plans. The consultant will work on a contract basis, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive operational performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies through data analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership, aligning solutions with business objectives.
• Lead design and implementation of process improvements, including workflow redesign, automation opportunities and performance metrics.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision‑making and identify growth opportunities.
• Document findings in clear, structured reports and presentations for executive audiences.

Required profile

• Experience in management consulting with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong project management ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non‑technical stakeholders.

• SQL for querying client datasets.
• Tableau for visualising insights.
