Remote Call Center Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Associate to join our customer outreach team. Working from home, you will make outbound calls, engage prospective customers, answer general inquiries, and schedule appointments using our internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls through our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Communicate professionally with prospective customers and explain available services.
• Qualify leads and arrange appointments.
• Maintain accurate call notes and customer records in the CRM.
• Follow established call‑center procedures and meet productivity targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, virtual meetings, and ongoing training.
• Assist with additional outreach and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal communication.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and active listening.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
• Previous call‑center or telemarketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
