Remote Call Center Representative

About the role

Kriff is looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to join its remote customer service team. You will provide high-quality support by phone, handling both inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries, resolving issues and keeping communication clear with customers. The role is fully remote, with no team management and no direct supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, concerns and service requests.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, give updates and resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's system.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the right department so customers get timely solutions.
• Give clear, accurate information on products, services and policies.
• Follow company guidelines and protocols for call handling and data security.
• Meet or exceed individual performance targets and adapt to changing processes.
