Remote Community Manager – AI Industry

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Community Manager to join a fast‑growing AI company. In this full‑time position you will create a positive, collaborative online environment, supporting customers and moderating communities across finance, healthcare and engineering domains.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate online communities, ensuring a safe, respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and questions with empathy, de‑escalating conflicts.
• Develop and execute proactive engagement strategies to keep the community vibrant.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay community feedback and improve the user experience.
• Manage multiple conversations and tasks efficiently in a remote setting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support and online community moderation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clear, empathetic messaging.
• Strong conflict‑management and de‑escalation abilities.
