About the role

Motor Medicals Ltd is seeking a dedicated Call Taker to handle inbound customer calls remotely. The role requires excellent listening, clear communication, and accurate data entry in English.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming calls promptly, identify customer needs and provide appropriate responses.
Record and enter customer information accurately into the system.
Explain information, resolve issues and provide guidance politely and professionally.
Escalate complex situations to supervisory staff when required.

Required profile

At least 2 years of experience in a call‑center or customer service environment.
Strong active‑listening and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new processes.

Required skills

Proficiency with laptop, headset and internet‑based communication tools.
Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
