Remote Expert Engineer – AI Deployment

About the role

This contract position focuses on deploying and maintaining AI‑driven solutions for enterprise customers. You will work directly with clients to integrate, optimise, and troubleshoot AI models and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy AI models and cloud‑based inference systems with minimal latency and maximal uptime.
• Conduct technical onboarding sessions and provide live debugging support during integration.
• Monitor system performance via SLA dashboards and recommend infrastructure adjustments.
• Write and maintain deployment documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay field feedback and influence roadmap priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience deploying AI systems in production.
• Strong debugging skills across distributed systems, including logs, metrics, and network diagnostics.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
