Remote Frontend Web Developer – HTML & CSS

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Frontend Web Developer with strong HTML and CSS expertise to build and maintain responsive user interfaces for a high‑traffic platform. The role is contract‑based and involves close collaboration with design teams to turn mockups into pixel‑perfect front‑end components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end components using HTML, CSS and related technologies.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design across desktop and mobile devices.
• Translate designs from Figma, Sketch or similar tools into functional UI elements.
• Optimize front‑end performance and adhere to accessibility standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front‑end best practices.

Required profile

• Proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile‑first approaches.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors and frameworks.
• Ability to use browser developer tools for debugging.
