Remote Global Mobility Specialist – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Global Mobility Specialist on a contract basis to support international employee relocations and assignments. You will work closely with legal, tax, and HR teams to ensure compliant, cost‑effective mobility solutions for a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on immigration requirements, work permits, and visa processes for employees moving across multiple countries.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and HR stakeholders to maintain compliance with global mobility regulations and internal policies.
• Design and implement relocation packages tailored to destination countries while optimizing cost efficiency.
• Monitor changes in international tax laws and immigration policies, updating internal policies as needed.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on best practices and cultural considerations for international assignments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global mobility, international assignments, or relocation services.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes, and work‑permit requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with international tax compliance, including tax equalization and shadow‑payroll processes (preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
