About the role

We are seeking a Remote Global Mobility Specialist on a contract basis to support a leading AI company. The role leverages your expertise in international employee travel, cross‑border movement, and crisis management to help train next‑generation AI models. No prior AI experience is required – only strong domain knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Design, draft, and review structured rubrics that train AI models on employee travel and cross‑border mobility scenarios.
• Synthesize complex mobility data and workflows into clear, actionable tasks for AI assessment.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and communications teams to ensure alignment with organizational protocols and business continuity plans.
• Develop and maintain expertise in global mobility management, crisis management, and incident response.
• Analyze and evaluate mobility data to inform business decisions and support continuity planning.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in global mobility management, including policy development and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience handling complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in crisis management, incident response, and business continuity planning.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
