Remote HR Specialist (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote HR Specialist to join a global staffing leader on a part‑time basis. You will provide day‑to‑day HR support, answer employee queries, and help maintain compliance across a diverse workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR records, including personnel files and documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and off‑boarding departing staff.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with managers to address workplace issues and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Prior experience in an HR support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR information systems or databases.
