Remote Human Resources Specialist (Part‑time Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Human Resources Specialist on a part‑time contract to support a leading AI company. The role involves applying HR expertise to shape AI‑driven HR tools and improve internal processes while working from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Review, develop and update HR policies, handbooks and template documents in line with best practices and regulations.
• Design, analyse and optimise onboarding processes and employee‑lifecycle workflows.
• Provide guidance on HR compliance and employee‑relations scenarios, creating reference artefacts.
• Craft and evaluate employee communications and change‑management strategies.
• Contribute real‑world HR knowledge to the evaluation and refinement of AI‑powered HR tools.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in HR policy development, compliance and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently within a remote team.
• Interest in AI applications for HR and willingness to learn.
