About the role

We are seeking a Remote Human Resources Specialist to join our client on a part‑time contract. You will apply your HR expertise to shape AI‑driven HR tools, ensuring policies, processes, and communications meet high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review, develop, and update internal HR policies, handbooks, and template documents in line with best practices and regulations.
• Design, analyze, and optimise onboarding processes and employee‑lifecycle workflows for greater efficiency.
• Provide guidance on HR compliance and employee‑relations scenarios, creating supporting artefacts for training and reference.
• Craft and evaluate employee communications and change‑management strategies.
• Contribute real‑world HR expertise to the evaluation and refinement of AI‑driven HR tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance, and operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective employee messaging.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills to optimise HR processes.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently within a remote team.
• Interest in AI applications within HR and willingness to learn.
