Remote Human Resources Specialist (Part‑time Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Human Resources Specialist on a part‑time contract basis to support a leading AI company. The role involves applying HR expertise to help train next‑generation AI systems and improve HR operations through high‑quality, real‑world input.

Key responsibilities

• Review, develop, and update internal HR policies, handbooks, and templated documents in line with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Design, analyze, and optimise onboarding processes and employee lifecycle workflows to boost operational efficiency.
• Advise on HR compliance and employee‑relations scenarios, creating supporting artefacts for training and reference.
• Craft and evaluate employee communications and change‑management strategies for effective organisational messaging.
• Contribute real‑world expertise to the evaluation and refinement of AI‑driven HR tools and resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance and operations with strong knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of designing effective employee communications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for analysing and optimising HR processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team, delivering high‑quality results.
• Interest in AI and its applications in HR, with willingness to learn and contribute to AI‑driven tools.
