Remote iOS Developer (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a remote iOS Developer on a contract basis to build and maintain native iOS applications for a global platform. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality mobile solutions that meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug iOS applications using Swift and Objective‑C.
• Integrate new features and optimise existing functionality for performance and user experience.
• Work with backend teams to define and implement API integrations.
• Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience building native iOS apps from scratch.
• Strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data and SwiftUI.
• Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing and third‑party library integration.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in agile environments using tools like Jira or Trello.
