Remote iOS Software Engineer – AI Platform

About the role

We are seeking a skilled iOS Software Engineer to join a cutting‑edge AI platform on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on building high‑quality iOS applications that feed real‑world data into frontier AI models across finance, healthcare, engineering and more.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy iOS applications using Swift, UIKit and SwiftUI.
• Integrate and manage API connections, handling JSON/XML and RESTful or GraphQL services.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and backend engineers to deliver cohesive features.
• Optimize app performance for speed, responsiveness and reliability on all supported devices.
• Apply architectural patterns such as MVC to ensure scalable, maintainable code.
• Implement secure data handling and follow best practices for mobile security.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Swift and its ecosystem.
• Experience building responsive, accessible UI with UIKit and SwiftUI.
• Solid understanding of API integration, networking and data formats.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while communicating effectively with global teams.
