Remote Management Consultant – Process Optimization

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Management Consultant to help a global information services leader streamline its operational processes. The contractor will work independently with distributed teams, analysing current workflows and delivering practical improvements that boost productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing management frameworks and pinpoint execution gaps.
• Design and document standard operating procedures for remote teams.
• Track key performance indicators, generate productivity reports and identify trends.
• Partner with department heads to align practices with strategic objectives.
• Recommend and help implement technology solutions that automate routine tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management or business‑process optimisation.
• Strong analytical ability with experience using data‑analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑team documentation.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• SQL for data querying
• Project‑management platforms such as Asana, Trello or Jira
