Remote Outreach Specialist

About the role

Zensbot Private Limited is looking for an Outreach Specialist to build relationships and support its outreach initiatives. This is a remote position open to candidates based in Islamabad, Pakistan, with the employer based in Karachi. The specialist identifies relevant contacts, communicates the company's value clearly and helps maintain a consistent, professional presence across outreach channels.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective partners, organizations and contacts aligned with outreach goals.
• Prepare and deliver personalized outreach messages through appropriate professional channels.
• Follow up thoughtfully, respond to inquiries and nurture relationships over time.
• Maintain accurate contact records, outreach activity and follow-up schedules in tracking tools.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align messaging, share feedback and support campaign improvements.
• Monitor outreach results and provide concise updates on engagement, responses and next steps.

Required profile

• Clear, professional written communication and confident conversational skills.
• Ability to research organizations and identify relevant decision-makers or contacts.
• Experience drafting personalized outreach messages and maintaining appropriate follow-up.
• Strong relationship-building, listening and objection-handling abilities.
• Organization and attention to detail when managing contact records, notes and task schedules.
• Self-motivated, reliable remote collaborator with professional judgment when representing the company.

Required skills

• Comfort using email, spreadsheets and online research tools.
• Use of customer relationship or outreach tracking platforms.
• Ability to review engagement outcomes, recognize patterns and suggest practical improvements.
