About the role
We are seeking a remote, part‑time Human Resources Manager to support a global staffing and recruiting leader. The role focuses on answering employee queries, maintaining confidential HR records, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and off‑boarding departing staff.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state and local labour laws.
- Collaborate with management to address workplace issues and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in an HR support role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required skills
- Familiarity with HR information systems or databases.
