Remote Phone Interviewer

About the role

We are seeking a professional Remote Phone Interviewer to join our growing recruitment team. In this fully remote position you will conduct initial phone screenings, evaluate candidate qualifications, and guide qualified applicants to the next stage of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of scheduled phone interviews with prospective candidates.
• Ask standardized screening questions and assess basic qualifications.
• Explain available positions, work schedules, and hiring expectations.
• Schedule qualified candidates for recruiter or hiring manager interviews.
• Accurately document interview results in the applicant tracking system and CRM.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout every interview.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly interviewing and scheduling targets.
• Participate in recruiter training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.

• Excellent verbal English communication and active listening skills.
• Professional phone presence and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable conducting multiple interviews throughout the workday.
