Remote Recruiter (US market)

About the role

AlphaHire is seeking a full‑time Remote Recruiter based in Pakistan to support its U.S. recruiting team. This position focuses on sourcing, qualifying, and moving candidates through the hiring process for hard‑to‑fill roles across construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy and related sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using Workable, LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases and referrals.
• Conduct outbound phone, text and email outreach daily to build pipelines.
• Perform initial screening calls to assess experience, technical fit, compensation expectations and availability.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update activity in AlphaHire’s ATS.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, prioritize openings, and participate in recruiting meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting, sourcing or talent‑acquisition experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong phone communication skills.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls and following up consistently.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently from a quiet home office.
