Remote Sales Executive

About the role

UniUpp is seeking a confident, articulate Remote Sales Executive based in Pakistan to join its student recruitment team. This phone‑based consultative sales role works with warm and hot leads—prospective students who have already shown interest in studying at UK universities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured telephone consultations to understand applicants' education, employment history and personal circumstances.
• Assess initial eligibility for suitable university programmes and clearly explain courses, funding routes and career pathways.
• Build rapport, handle objections professionally, and guide students through the full admissions journey.
• Collect, organise and submit accurate application documentation while maintaining detailed records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams and university admissions departments to achieve individual and team enrolment KPIs.

Required profile

• Resident of Pakistan with excellent spoken English and a professional telephone manner.
• Previous experience in telesales, call centres, recruitment, education consultancy or customer service.
• Target‑driven mindset, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home‑working environment.
• Experience working with UK customers or organisations is highly desirable.
