Remote Salesperson – AI Solutions for Home Services

About the role

Kaynan Technologies is seeking a remote Salesperson to promote its AI-driven automation solutions to home‑service businesses. You will introduce AI receptionists, voice agents, chatbots and workflow automation tools, tailoring demos to each client’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective home‑service companies (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.).
• Present AI solutions and conduct product demonstrations.
• Manage a structured sales pipeline, qualify leads, and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging and collateral.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and other business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Proven consultative selling and deal‑closing experience, preferably B2B SaaS or technology sales.
• Ability to explain technical AI solutions in simple business terms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, including accurate forecasting and documentation.
• Comfortable learning new software tools and working with technical and marketing teams.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience; fluency in English (additional local languages a plus).
