Remote Slack Support Specialist – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Slack Support Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. You will administer and optimise Slack workspaces, build workflow automations, and integrate Slack with other business tools to boost team productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage Slack workspaces, including user permissions, channel structures and settings.
• Create and maintain workflow automations using Slack’s Workflow Builder or equivalent tools.
• Integrate Slack with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM platforms and other third‑party applications.
• Deliver remote training and onboarding sessions for new Slack users.
• Analyse usage metrics to identify trends, optimise settings and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Slack workspaces at the user level.
• Hands‑on ability to build workflow automations within Slack.
• Experience linking Slack with external productivity and CRM tools.
• Strong remote training and documentation skills.
• Ability to interpret collaboration‑platform usage data.
