Remote Software Developer – AI Platform Contractor

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join a client’s team on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on building and optimizing software components that support training and evaluation of next‑generation AI systems across various domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software for AI model training and evaluation workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver high‑quality, maintainable code.
• Translate technical requirements into efficient, scalable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Document code, processes, and methodologies for team transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience developing and optimizing scalable software systems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
