Remote Solar Appointment Setter (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Solar Appointment Setters to join our growing U.S. solar campaign. This full‑time remote position works night shifts and offers a competitive base salary plus commission for each confirmed appointment.

Key responsibilities

• Call U.S. homeowners and introduce solar energy solutions.
• Qualify homeowners according to campaign criteria.
• Schedule confirmed appointments for the sales team.
• Handle objections professionally and keep conversations engaging.
• Maintain accurate call notes and follow‑up records.
• Meet daily and weekly appointment targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in solar appointment setting (required).
• Hands‑on experience using ViciDialer.
• Fluent English with clear pronunciation and confident communication.
• Ability to handle cold calling and speak with U.S. homeowners.
• Stable internet connection and quality headset.
• Willingness to work consistent night shifts (8 PM–4 AM PKT).
