Remote Solutions Architect – Cloud & Microservices

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join a leading technology client on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing scalable, cloud‑native solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect end‑to‑end solutions for high‑impact projects in a cloud environment.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architectural decisions support performance, scalability, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and best‑practice recommendations to development teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural decisions and solution designs.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong background in microservices and serverless architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into viable technical architectures.
