Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent for a variety of positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–250 outbound outreach calls daily to potential candidates.
• Conduct structured phone screenings to assess qualifications and interest.
• Present job opportunities clearly and accurately.
• Evaluate applicants against hiring criteria, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date candidate records in the CRM and applicant tracking system.
• Track candidate progress and ensure timely follow‑up throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
• Perform additional recruitment support and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and quick rapport building.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls in a structured setting.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time‑management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Reliable computer, mobile phone, primary and backup internet connections, and stable electricity.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, customer service, HR, staffing, or sales is preferred but not required.
