Remote Tax Accountant (Chartered Accountant)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant or Enrolled Agent to join our client’s team on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while providing tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file federal, state and international tax returns accurately and on time.
• Deliver tax planning and advisory recommendations to optimise clients’ financial positions.
• Stay current with evolving tax legislation and regulatory changes.
• Represent clients during audits and communicate with tax authorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
• Minimum three years of experience in tax compliance, accounting or financial advisory.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with tax preparation software such as ProSeries or Drake.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
