Remote Video Editor

About the role

Huzzle is seeking an experienced Remote Video Editor to produce high‑impact short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other digital channels. You will combine creative storytelling with data‑driven optimisation to boost organic reach, engagement and virality.

Key responsibilities

• Edit 5–10 short‑form videos per day, ensuring brand consistency and high quality.
• Create compelling hooks, pacing, music, captions and visual effects to maximise viewer retention.
• Analyse performance metrics and continuously refine editing techniques.
• Produce motion graphics and animations for social ads and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with two existing editors, designers and account managers in brainstorming sessions.
• Maintain organised project files and manage post‑production workflows using Google Drive and Workspace.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of professional video or photo production experience, preferably in a digital‑marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio of successful short‑form social media videos.
• Demonstrated ability to generate organic reach, engagement or virality.
• Comfortable producing 5–10 edits per day while maintaining creative standards.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience with Adobe Lightroom and other professional editing tools.
• Motion graphics and animation skills for short‑form content.
• Working knowledge of AI media creation tools such as Higgsfield.
• Proficiency with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides.
