Remote Virtual Assistant for Network Engineering Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to support our network engineering team and project leads. You will work from home, handling administrative tasks, client communications, and basic troubleshooting intake to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, manage calendars across time zones, and coordinate team communications.
• Serve as the first point of contact for routine client inquiries and route technical requests to engineers.
• Prepare and maintain work orders, installation checklists, asset inventories, and meeting notes.
• Track project milestones, follow up on site visits, and report progress to project managers.
• Coordinate procurement requests, liaise with vendors, and keep purchase records up to date.
• Collect troubleshooting details from clients and create clear support tickets for engineers.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication with professional phone and email etiquette.
• Strong organizational abilities and experience managing calendars in a remote environment.
• Attention to confidentiality and handling of sensitive client information.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic networking terminology is a plus.
