Research & Development Immigration Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Research & Development Immigration Officer to join our team at Giga Mall in Islamabad. The role combines legal research, service design and client advisory to keep our visa offerings up‑to‑date with global immigration regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse immigration laws, visa categories and policy updates for Belgium, Schengen, UK, Canada, USA and other destinations.
• Design and improve immigration service packages, checklists and SOPs for visit, work and study visas.
• Conduct initial client consultations and provide guidance based on the latest embassy requirements.
• Prepare guides, templates and case studies while ensuring compliance with legal and embassy standards.
• Train sales and processing teams on new immigration routes, refusal reasons and updated documentation.
• Track visa trends, approval/rejection patterns and processing times, and submit weekly R&D reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Political Science, Business or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2‑4 years of experience in immigration consultancy, visa processing or legal research.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and written communication abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Schengen, UKVI and IRCC immigration systems.
