Research Specialist

About the role

Troxis IT Solutions is seeking a Research Specialist to drive research‑led growth, strategic planning, technology adoption, and process improvement. The role is highly research‑oriented and technology‑driven, requiring the ability to investigate markets, competitors, emerging technologies and translate findings into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, customer, technology and business research.
• Analyze business processes and projects to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop research‑backed growth, marketing, project and process‑improvement strategies.
• Identify and evaluate AI models, automation platforms, SaaS tools, APIs and emerging technologies.
• Use AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity to enhance research and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, computer science, data analytics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in research, strategy, business analysis, growth or technology consulting.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI models and prompting.
• Proficiency with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity).
• Familiarity with SaaS tools, automation platforms and API integrations.
