Solution Architect

About the role

The Solution Architect will provide hands‑on architecture leadership, guidance and mentoring to development teams, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, robust and scalable solutions. This role requires a thought‑leader with strong business sense who can collaborate across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and build early prototypes to validate design and performance.
• Define and adjust product architecture in response to customer requirements, market conditions and emerging technologies.
• Partner with product, development, QA and DevOps teams to gather requirements and translate architecture into detailed designs.
• Implement standards, reference architectures and technology selections, and analyze gaps to create opportunities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on software development experience on medium to large scale projects.
• 5+ years in an architect role for large‑scale software development.
• Strong understanding of scalable web applications, micro‑services, and backend RESTful APIs.

Required skills

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure cloud platforms.
• Kubernetes, Docker and DevOps fundamentals, including CI/CD pipelines.
• SQL Server relational database design and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch and Amazon SQS.
• Version control systems and familiarity with micro‑services architecture.
