Reseller – Remote Sales Role

About the role

Iconic Ai-Vanta, a business consulting firm based in Islamabad, is looking for a self‑driven Reseller to expand its market presence across Pakistan. This full‑time remote position involves identifying prospects, presenting solutions and nurturing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers through appropriate business channels.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Present offerings clearly, answer questions and communicate value.
• Follow up leads, maintain accurate customer records and support order completion.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product information, customer feedback and sales progress.
• Achieve agreed sales and reseller activity targets while maintaining professional service standards.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional customer handling.
• Ability to prospect, qualify leads, present solutions and close sales.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, organized and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable using email, messaging platforms, spreadsheets and online collaboration tools.
