Retail and Procurement Manager

About the role

The Retail and Procurement Manager will lead the retail side of Portobello’s farm‑to‑table restaurant and grocery concept in Faisalabad. You will be responsible for coordinating all purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth store operations in partnership with S.A. Farms Layallpur.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and store performance.
• Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations and purchasing contracts.
• Control inventory levels, stock rotation and waste management.
• Coordinate closely with the farm to align product availability with store needs.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management, procurement or grocery/food operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including farms, suppliers and store staff.
