Retail Sales & Marketing Specialist – Luxury Tiles & Sanitary

About the role

Future Designz is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth for its premium luxury tiles and sanitary fittings portfolio. The role combines showroom sales, client relationship management, and field‑based business development to serve architects, builders, interior designers, and high‑end homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and interior designers.
• Identify new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals and market research.
• Welcome walk‑in customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable tile and sanitary solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations, BOQs and project estimates, calculate tile quantities and wastage factors.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations and ongoing projects to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date client and project database.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in the tiles and sanitary ware industry.
• Strong client‑handling and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
