Returns Specialist

About the role

The Returns Specialist is responsible for managing client product returns, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring a smooth, efficient return process while maintaining strong relationships with customers and manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Process client returns using in‑house software (AX) and generate supplier RMA numbers.
• Ship appropriate products to suppliers and maintain zero open RMAs older than 60 days.
• Transfer stock between bins or warehouses and verify product identification before shipping.
• Communicate with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams via fax, email, or telephone.
• Arrange and coordinate deliveries with various couriers.
• Support picking, packing, invoicing, cycle counting, and stock‑take activities.
• Continuously improve return cycle time and quality.

Required profile

• BBA or MBA in Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–2 years of supply‑chain experience; procurement experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with US vendors or in the retail computer‑hardware/software sector.
• Experience in vendor negotiation and administration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AX (in‑house processing software).
• Strong use of Microsoft Outlook for communication and coordination.
