Revenue Planning Manager – Food Service

About the role

The Revenue Planning Manager will drive the Food Service revenue planning agenda, ensuring accurate forecasts, robust pricing governance and effective performance management to support profitable and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end Food Service revenue planning process, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, demand forecasting, revenue phasing and rolling forecasts.
• Own the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, consolidating commercial demand, identifying risks and opportunities, and aligning cross‑functional teams on integrated business plans.
• Partner with the Head of Sales to optimise customer, channel and account mix for sustainable growth.
• Manage pricing governance, revenue growth management, tender evaluation, contract pricing and margin management.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to align demand plans with production capacity and mitigate supply constraints.
• Develop and maintain the Food Service Revenue & Channel Growth Strategy, identifying revenue and profitability opportunities.
• Integrate approved innovation launches and portfolio decisions into revenue forecasts and demand plans.
• Create executive dashboards and lead monthly Business Performance Reviews, providing variance analysis and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading revenue planning, demand forecasting and S&OP processes within a Food Service or similar environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate commercial contracts, tender pipelines and innovation plans into accurate revenue and volume forecasts.
• Demonstrated capability to partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Category Management.
